Publication Ethics Statement

The International Journal of Corporate Management and Artificial Intelligence is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, academic integrity, transparency, and responsible research. The journal applies ethical principles consistent with internationally recognized scholarly publishing practices and expects editors, reviewers, authors, and publishers to fulfil their respective responsibilities.

Duties of Editors

Editors are responsible for evaluating manuscripts fairly, objectively, and confidentially. Editorial decisions must be based on the originality, academic quality, relevance, methodological soundness, and contribution of the manuscript. Editors must not discriminate based on nationality, gender, religion, institutional affiliation, or personal background. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed and appropriately managed.

Duties of Reviewers

Reviewers must provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations. Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents and must not be shared or used for personal advantage. Reviewers should identify relevant unpublished or published work that has not been properly cited and disclose any conflict of interest that could affect their assessment.

Duties of Authors

Authors must submit original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. All sources, data, methods, and contributions must be accurately presented and properly acknowledged. Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, and citation manipulation are strictly prohibited. All individuals listed as authors must have made a meaningful contribution to the research and approved the final manuscript.

Research Data and Transparency

Authors should maintain accurate research records and provide supporting data when reasonably requested. Studies involving confidential corporate information, personal data, surveys, interviews, or human participants must follow applicable ethical, legal, and institutional requirements. Authors are responsible for protecting privacy and obtaining informed consent where necessary.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

The use of artificial intelligence tools must be disclosed when they contribute substantially to writing, data analysis, image creation, coding, or research procedures. AI tools cannot be listed as authors because they cannot take responsibility for the content. Authors remain fully accountable for the accuracy, originality, reliability, and ethical compliance of all submitted material.

Conflicts of Interest and Funding

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose financial, institutional, professional, or personal relationships that could influence the research or publication process. Authors must also identify all sources of funding and explain the role of funders in the study.

Publication Misconduct

Suspected plagiarism, fabricated data, falsification, unethical research, authorship disputes, duplicate submission, or other misconduct will be investigated. Depending on the findings, the journal may reject the manuscript, request corrections, issue an expression of concern, retract the article, or notify the authors’ institutions.

Corrections and Retractions

The journal will publish corrections when significant errors are identified after publication. Articles may be retracted when findings are unreliable, unethical, plagiarized, duplicated, or seriously misleading. Retraction notices will clearly explain the reason for the decision and remain permanently accessible.

Complaints and Appeals

Authors may submit a formal appeal or complaint regarding editorial decisions or publication procedures. Each case will be reviewed objectively, confidentially, and independently. The journal is committed to correcting the scholarly record whenever credible evidence demonstrates that published information is inaccurate or unethical.
