Peer Review Process

The International Journal of Corporate Management and Artificial Intelligence applies a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other to ensure an objective and impartial evaluation.

Each submitted manuscript is first examined by the editorial team to assess its relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, originality, academic quality, formatting, and compliance with publication ethics. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s basic requirements may be rejected at this initial stage.

Manuscripts that pass the editorial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:

• originality and significance of the study;
• relevance to corporate management and artificial intelligence;
• clarity of research objectives;
• appropriateness of the methodology;
• accuracy and interpretation of results;
• quality of discussion and conclusions;
• adequacy of references; and
• overall academic contribution.

Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial decision may be:

• Accepted;
• Accepted with minor revisions;
• Major revisions required; or
• Rejected.

Authors are required to respond carefully to all reviewer comments and submit a revised manuscript together with a response letter explaining the changes made. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the reviewers for further assessment when necessary.

The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or responsible editor based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the quality of the revision, and the journal’s editorial standards. All manuscripts, reviewer reports, and editorial communications are treated confidentially throughout the review process. Reviewers and editors must disclose any potential conflict of interest and must not use unpublished information for personal or professional advantage.
