The Journal of Youth and Global Values (JYGV) is an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the exploration and promotion of values among young people across the globe. Managed by Esil University in collaboration with Silkroad Research Network and Relawan Jurnal Indonesia, JYGV aims to foster dialogue and mutual understanding among youth from diverse cultures and nationalities. The journal provides a platform for rigorous academic research, theoretical analysis, and practical insights into how youth values influence business processes, corporate culture, management decisions, and organizational development. JYGV is published exclusively online, adopting a publish-as-you-go model to ensure timely dissemination of research findings.
