Plagiarism Screening

All submitted manuscripts are subject to similarity screening using appropriate plagiarism-detection tools.

The journal does not rely solely on a numerical similarity percentage. Each case is evaluated qualitatively, taking into consideration:

• The nature of the similarity;
• The source of the overlapping text;
• Properly cited quotations;
• Statutory and legislative provisions;
• International treaties and conventions;
• Judicial decisions;
• Legal terminology;
• References and bibliographic material.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to request revisions, reject a manuscript, or take further action where plagiarism or unacceptable academic misconduct is identified.
